The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any domain identified by our tools will be available for registration, will maintain its current search rankings after acquisition, or will produce any specific SEO results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gently Used Domains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
